About Always Distracted

I’ve always been distracted. For most of my life I thought that was a flaw. Now I see it’s just how I process the world.

I like to learn about everything. Every topic, every pattern, every system. Finding reason and order in chaos is how I make sense of things. But the world has gotten louder. The pace, the inputs, the constant pull of new ideas. It’s harder than ever to focus and decide what matters.

Always Distracted is where I slow down and work through it. It’s my space to think out loud, connect ideas, and find direction. I write about what keeps showing up in my head: community, education, leadership, technology, and hope.

If you’ve been feeling overloaded or stuck, you’re not alone. Join the conversation, push back, start a conversation. Dialogue is the best place to start.
